Hey guys, I know this might be a stupid question but what chapter should I start after watching the end of season. I want to pick up from where the anime left off or atleast a little bit before

Around Volume 13, or Chapter 153, would probably be the best bet, assuming you just watched the second season.

I got a question some part of the anime on second season is not on manga is it? or at the last episode when about they were on the boat and with that big whale thing hmm there is no episode of that on manga and even when harima broke his shoulder i didnt seen it on the manga either and tenma went to ahrima place to do those mangga havent seen it either, i try browsing the manga but i cound not find it need reply thanks

Yes, those scenes are only in the anime, and not very good, in my opinion.

Tenma going to Harima's house to do manga does happen in the manga, don't remember what chapter though...the anime isn't exactly in order and I'm not sure how much it's going to diverge from the manga storyline either.

The context is different, as that scene happened in the anime before the manga chapter with Tenma helping Harima even came out.

@topic: the anime has a LOT of fillers so not all of it came it out in the manga. Some of the cahpters thats similar in the anime came out AFTER the anime was aired. :P
