This one the most "human" reaction we have seen so far from Yakumo. But she will handle it somehow - the problem is Harima right know.
The way he goes, he will start something new and will probably fail. For now he will forget that Ojou had destroyed his manga since most important thing for him was Tenma and he somehow could express those feelings - but what if he wakes up and see that he chose wrong path ? He could just start randomly put guilt on someone. I think Harima needs Yakumo here - the same way she helped him at school festival.

    Indeed.

I wonder if he realised that Tenma didn't understand anything. I mean, it was clear for him that she thinks he was acting, but does he think about it? He seems to concentrate on his manga alone now.

You mean wakes up after starting something new and failing?

Why should it be Yakumo in particular?

Because Harima doesn't have any other friends who knows what it is and are capable to motivate him to do it again (Tenma ? Come on - Eri ? She won't even budge the topic - Akira ? She only care about seeing other people reactions, she interferes in minimal way)

All Tenma needs to say is "jump" and Harima will say "how high? this high? not high enough? ok, how about now? ...I suck!!! *runs away*".

Got it. I thought you were talking about helping his solve all this "actor"misunderstanding (the way Yakumo did in play at festival) not about drawing manga again (like she did in Itoko's tea house).

    Tenma?

Tenma is too stupid - she could only solve his motivation problem by accident (or with push from Yakumo).
But one is certain - it seems Yakumo doesn't want to let things be like they are now. She is clearly dissatisfied with relationship he has with Eri, she clearly wants best for her sister and she clearly wants something for herself - we can assume she wants to be with Harima, although that's one way to look at it. It's Yakumo's turn to make a move.
