Starts off 7:40 the next day at the Tsukamoto house, Yakumo thinks Tenma just came but it was Iori. She then thinks they must have made up and she stayed the night. Harima calls her up saying he needs help and if Tenma could help him again. He tells her he had to spend the whole night with sawachika at a family restaurant so he couldn't get anything done. Yakumo asks him wasn't Tenma with sawachika. Scene switch to the front of sawachika's house. Yakumo is calling Tenma's phone and hears it, but doesn't see her. She finds her and asks if she spent the whole night waiting in the snow. sawachika shows up all giddy because she's coming back early in the morning and sees the Tsukamoto sisters, she asks them what are they doing. Tenma hugs her saying she's sorry, sawachika is surprised that Tenma waited for her.

sawachika thinks to herself that she is despicable because Tenma waited for her while she was out having fun. she tells Tenma that she's very one-sided, that Tenma should think about her a little, since it makes her look like the bad guy. sawachika starts to wonder what is she saying because Tenma isn't at fault here. she then starts telling Tenma that she should think a little about her condescending side, that she does these sort of things with an innocent intention, but that's just an illusion just pretending to be weak. sawachika starts thinking what should she do, if she gives in now will things be the same, or end this foolishness on her own. she thinks to herself the most important thing to her is.... then sawachika starts saying someone like you, someone like you...Chapter ends with Yakumo slapping her in the face.

Well, i guess we all saw that coming, now all that's left is the harima reaction. gg flag :/

Edit: It just came to me that yakumo is that angry partly because of the eri x harima overnight thing? jealousy+love for sister+inherent dislike of eri might just push her over the edge and do something drastic, like maybe seduce harima to keep him away from eri and take eri's anger off tenma and onto herself :0 *coughcheerscough* :p

Well...logically speaking...

Since its already confirmed many times that most important person to Yakumo is her sister. And then you see someone belittling said important person in multiple statements in front of her face.....she would be thoroughly pissed...

I find it interesting how Eri seems wavering between concern for Tenma and being utterly direct (oh how complex this whole thing is).

i don't know bout a rivalry at this point, but definitely u can take away that question mark next to attack :D

It's actually more like a game of rock-paper-scissors.

Rock = Tenma
Paper = Eri
Scissors = Yakumo

Remember that Yakumo slapped Eri in front of Tenma. Tenma believes that Eri is right - she wouldn't stand out waiting for Eri if she didn't believe this. While Eri may not react out of guilt, Tenma almost certainly will be angry. While Yakumo may have god-mode on as far as Eri is concerned, she's completely unable to stand up to her sister's wrath. It's a really stupid move on Yakumo's part.

I'm fairly certain that at least some of that anger is due to the knowledge that Eri and Harima were out on a date the night before. Remember how Yakumo behaved in Ch.205? If Yakumo brings something down on herself as a result of her actions, she definitely deserves it.

Uh-oh. Yakumo probably went a bit too far. Still, from her perspective, Eri is being horrible to poor Tenma. And she is. Going after someone who spent the entire night out in the cold waiting to apologize despite being innocent to begin with? Not cool.

Deserves it?! Yakumo isn't the one who spent the night out with a boy with her friend waiting out for her in the cold and then, instead of accepting an apology (that was unnecessary to begin with), started criticizing Tenma for being "too one-sided" or whatever. Eri's intentions are good, but her actions are horrible.

I actually somehow agree - this isn't the way somehow should behave - both Eri and Yakumo. Yakumo snapped - I might understand that - but she will feel the consequences of this moment of anger.

Actually, she's been fairly snotty towards Eri about interfering in her "Preserve Harima plan" since Ch.205. Part of that action was triggered by Harima's call mentioning that he went out on a date with Eri the night before.

Lashing out physically is never acceptable - we have laws against that. In that regard, Yakumo is no better than a common thug. You can never solve problems with violence - you only create more.

Eri did feel a lot of remorse and guilt - she was feeling awful. At the same time, she had to explain why the problem had started - which is why she was being direct. If you don't explain yourself, the problem repeats itself. Yakumo interfered because she was unable to control her anger - but that's Yakumo's problem, not Eri's.
