Thread: Why Do We Like Imouto-san?!?

i'm like a big fan of yakumo so i hope u'll understand... hahaha
and...
i shall start by asking... how do u guys/gals started liking yakumo-san?
for me.. it's when she started helping harima-kun on his manga development.. her sense of caring and responsibility is admirable...

I don't really like Yakumo. She's an interesting character, because of Iori and the psychic-ness and the fact that she's a good sister to Tenma, but I don't support Onigiri. I mean, I shouldn't say I don't like her... I like her character, but I'm sort of happy with seeing less of her now.

As a diehard fan I suppose I'll answer as well.

My fandom started when she offered riceballs to crying Harima.If I would've been him at the situation I'd have didged Tenma out of my mind in that instant (though Tenma has her merits as well...hmm)

I mean who wouldn't like such a nice and considerative person?

I'm not a fan of Yakumo. Too much wasted potential; I'm still waiting for her to get some excellent character development, and I'm starting to get tired of Kobayashi's ambiguity concerning her feelings.

Kind, caring and such....

But I'm annoyed how she abandoned her own feelings in order to help her sister who doesn't need any help. It's too much of a waste.

And, as Ultraness said, she'd better get character development.

some aura inside her that makes me interested in her, caring for her sister, helpful to harima even at awkward situations, such and such. i like her equally to everyone in school rumble.

I used to like her, then she became a sort of 2 dimensional character (there is such a thing as being too perfect...i understand this now). She is still one of the better looking girls of SR, #2 in my book.

I don't really care for her, but I think people like her because of her kindness, beauty, loyalty, and "deepness" in character and past.
Mostly I think people just pity her for having tenma for an elder sister

i like imouto-san soooooooooooooo much..
first, i like her look.. good looking, not much talking, understand others feeling, talented in some way, great house wife
second, i like the way she cares about others, especially to tenma n harima
For me, the best heroine is Yakumo

well i think everybody has their own opinions of yakumo.. but its true what ultraness said.. she lacks character development but i would say somewhat that KJ is developing hers at a faster speed now ever since she started trying to tie harima and tenma together... and her feelings seems to be a lot more visible now than last time...(too conservative for a modern era yakumo is..)
