I don't know - If I were Tenma I wouldn't say that I stayed outside when it was snowing so hard....although If Tenma is going to hospital because of frostbite, I feel the image of Eri with chainsaw will be changed to...Yakumo with welding machine.

If you were Tenma...That would be gay rumble instead.
Tenma may not say anything, but her looks alone (she will look extremly sad when gets home - I'm sure) would tell Yakumo everything.
And I don't want too see that kind of reconciliation often used in soap-operas:
Eri: Oh, MY DEAR FRIEND, how wrong was I, how could I be so cruel! I will sacrifice any part of my body to gain your forgivness!
Tenma: No, it was me who was truly wrong! Though I don't know what I did and WTF is going on, let me burn in hell for 1000 years for all those pain I made you go through!!!!
Eri: NO, it was me who was wrong!!!
Tenma: Hell no, me!
.....arguing who was wrong.
I think it would be very difficult for Eri to admit that she was wrong, so I doubt we'll see that.

Eri : ..yep, your right - you were wrong. Now get me an oloong tea
Tenma : Right away, mistress Eri
Eri : Hahaha!! My victory - Hige is mine and Tenma is my slave !!
Evil The End
^ This one is more likely to happen
It is still hard to imagine Eri apologizing, but she is worried. So it is possible in future, thinking that her "worriness" will grow in time.
I hope Eri will apologize - and all Flag fan should too. Because that would mean that Eri's personality changed to better and that change is important for Harima to start liking her like Tenma.
Yakumo can actively interfere in Flag all she wants to; that'll just make Flag more likely to happen since Yakumo will lose the moral high ground if does so . Yakumo might get mad at Eri and try to get revenge for Tenma freezing, but she'll ultimately fail since it wasn't Eri's fault that Tenma became a snowman. That’s Tenma and Masaru’s fault. Besides, Tenma most likely will not want Yakumo to get “revenge” for her, since I doubt Tenma wants Eri to get hurt despite recent events and won’t want this feud to go on any longer.
All I can see Yakumo getting “revenge” for Eri accomplishing is creating new tension between Tenma and Yakumo, assuming Tenma found out Yakumo tried to get “revenge” for her. Of course, a dispute between sisters would likely mean character development is in store for Yakumo.
Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you. - Friedrich Nietzsche
Judging from Tenma's "Eri is a good person, she can't be wrong" and self-critique she wouldn't want Yakumo to get revenge for sure. So if Yakumo will try to, the tension will appear. And will develop Yakumo's character - at least I hope so.
..Or the tension would appear after Yakumo would weld Eri to the wall....
I can't see Yakumo actually doing anything but worrying about her sister - Eri's and Tenma's reconcile is matter of few next chapters (probably the next one and one after that).
