Note how Eri acted not thinking about Tenma at all. I think that even if Tenma will come here now and apologize Eri won't forgive her that easily.

In truth though, Tenma doesn't need to apologize for anything. It's not her fault at all that Harima is attracted to her and that's why Eri is mad at her. If anyone needs to apologize, it's Eri, she's been completely unreasonable with Tenma. That's a big part of the reason I didn't really enjoy 208 or the end of 207. Kobayashi is really making Eri look bad in those chapters.

Not much to say that hasn't been said already... this looks like the calm before the storm. Despite everything going horribly wrong, Eri and Harima are getting along amazingly well, but there isn't any actual progress in their relationship, either. Meanwhile Tenma is seeking Eri out which will probably lead to a confrontation between the three of them next chapter.

Tenma will try to apologize and Harima may tell Tenma that he and Ojou are definitely not on a date, so she should come along. Eri is liable to do almost anything, but if pushed too far she may snap and tell Tenma the truth about Harima's feelings.

Actually, even If I really wish for it, I see no possibility of Yakumo returning to fight - at least not at this point (and that could mean never, if we are getting near the end of SR).

The next chapter could be beginning to the end - i give this manga 2 more volumes....

well I have a feeling yakumo will be doing something.. perhaps she'll decide to follow along with tenma and since tenma sincerely values the friendsihp between herself and eri, yakumo might consider flirting with harima inorder to shift eri's hatred from tenma to herself.

She might do something, but I seriously doubt in Onigiri comeback - It will just another try to make Tenma and Harima a little closer.

If I were Yakumo, I would try to avoid making contact with Harima and Eri for now.

Deffinetely a good chapter for flag...started out with them arguing but it looked like they ultimately had a good time and grew a little closer despite the lack of funds. In all honesty though, none of the last few chapters have done much of anything to help Eri's cause. Kobayashi has been showing a very spiteful side of her. Maybe he's doing it to turn us off of her, maybe he's doing to show that she's still human and still has faults like everyone else. Well, Kobayashi is likely to do one of two things to Eri: Either continue making Eri do “villainous” acts to Tenma to shift reader sympathy away from Eri in preparation for a non-Flag ending, or push Flag to the brink of annihilation in order to maximize suspense before a Flag ending. There’s a bit of a thin line between the two, and it’s all or nothing for Eri now.

Or he will do something completely different, im giving KJ the credit for proving everyone wrong on many an occasion.

If KJ really wants to make people hate Eri after so many have already changed their opinion of her from the beginning it would be extremely sad. I would feel like i got played for a fool. She has already changed my opinion of her being the typical snobby princess... why make me revert to that train of thought again?

Recently, everyone thought Onigiri was going to make a comeback and Kobayashi has been proving those people wrong. I didn't think Riceball would get revived, though, so I haven't been too bad on my predictions so far. Of course, Kobayashi could revive Onigiri next chapter and destroy my confidence in my prognostic skills.

Well, you just said in your post why I don't think Kobayashi is going to try and make Eri hated by readers of School Rumble.
