When do chaptes appear?
B chapters are published monthly, regular chapters - weekly. Spoilers* for next chapter appear at thursdays or fridays and are posted in thread named "Chapter *** *SPOILERS*, link for scanlated version is posted in the same thread and in "Missing chapters" thread at Saturday evening or Sunday morning - right after chapter gets scanlated.

*RAW appear at saturday morning or friday evening; link for them are nor posted

I don't know exactly where, but can suggest one possible variant - try downloading from www.gotlurk.net - they have SR downloading per volumes, so it is possible that that art you are talking about is also incuded - at least in first few volumes which were done by Yanime, who translated Sr per volumes.

http://www.animedownloads.us is pretty good. four part d/ls but unzipping them combines it all together so its cool. much better than super slow and prone to download breakage sites like anime-eden <_<
