Yakumo hopes Harima can get along with Tenma because she loves him. That surprised expression tells me that Yakumo definitely loves Harima. A true love, when someone wishes the one she loves to be happy.
And also show me that Tenma doesnt care with Harima ( She smashes Harima's head!!!!) .
In my opinion, everything return to beginning.
1. Harima still loves Tenma, but still 0% chance
2. Eri loves Harima, also 0% chance
3. Yakumo loves Harima, 0% chance too
The only differences are
1. Harima become closer with Yakumo and Eri (as friend
2. Eri is honest with her feeling now
3. Yakumo support Harima's love to her sister
Sigh, i just hope KJ gives us a new development next chapter. Otherwise it is really stressfull
hahahaha
For now i can only hope that Yakumo won't give up like that. It seems that she won't begin to act till Tenma is on the scene: unless Harima keeps to love Tenma, Yakumo will just sit in shadows waiting. Eri wil of course try to attract Harima, but, most likely, all her actions will remain complitely pointless. To my mind, the only thing that can creat chances to succeed for both Flag and Onigiri is Harima's failure. If he will somehow realise that Tenma doesn't care about him at all, he may open his heart for other girls. Unless this happens everything will remain as it is now. Of course, it is possible to make some rumble scenes, some Eri's jelousy scense, some Yakumo-watching-her-sister-with-a-kind-smile scenes, but real plot development is impossible if Harima won't fail in his love.
Yeah, i am completely agress with u.
Now i lose all of my spirit for wait and read school rumble anymore.
I become more obsessed with Neverwinter Night 2 (computer game) now, and dont really care with School Rmble's story plot
hahahaha
So Yakumo's mystery smile means she's half happy half sad because :
_ The rumor about Eri going out with Harima wasn't true.
_ Harima's very faithful with love, no matter what he'll never change. Am I right ?
Look like KJ starting to develop a bit Yakumo, so maybe Onigiri will not at a dead end.
Well, it´s about chapter 205 but I will say anyways.
1 - Sawachika already noticed Harima likes Tenma and is trying her best against it. Then, she sees Yakumo trying hard to attend Harima, meanwhile, she knows that Harima hates shrimp and notices Yakumo doing something about it.
2 - Then, she goes to the kitchen and talks to Yakumo. She says things like that as someone who is seeing another rival appearing, noticed that there's someone else in "for Harima's heart" fight. But knows that Harima is there just because he likes Tenma, she doesn't think that Yakumo planned the party, but notices that Yakumo is someone to be called "rival".
3 - At least, she say in the final page "The one Harima is in love is.." and I believe that the next scene, when there's no "talk" is something to show that she says "Tenma" because she noticed Harima's love. The "blank" scene is not to be seen literally, it's to show how was the scene "psychologically" (the silence...)
4 - Oh. one more. Yakumo replies to that saying that as a indirect way to say "OK. I'm on the fight then."
Well. that's how I interpreted that chapter. I think Chapter 205 and 206 are really good ones, really beautiful to read and think about the attitudes and actions of the characters. Maybe they are also a way to say "Well, time to start the real thing here.". Expecting the next chapters, for sure.
Oh. Sure. Waiting for replies. I'm liking to discuss this. (Who's not)
Pretty much so. We have come up with pretty a lot interpretations of "Harima-san loves shrimp" but all of them can be summed up with the one you said. And about Eri's phrase - 2 possible variants: "....loves me" and "...loves Tenma'. For the first one her lines in the first page of ch206, where she wonders if it really is more fun to be with Tenma then with her for Hige - which means she is still unsure about Harima's preferences; for the second one - her wrath when she saw a scene on belcony at her birthday, her clumsiness competition with Tenma - both fact makes us consider that Eri sees Tenma as a rival.
Though i think she is still unsure about Harima's feelings to Tenma. We said pretty much about it in Any possibility of Harima confessing soon? thread.
I'm still against the idea of Eri graping the whole picture about Harima's feelings about Tenma - if she knew he loved her for such long time and that he really loves her, and it's not just 'like to spend time together', Eri would be much more serious about it (although it's almost impossible to be serious in that manga)
For her, Yakumo is a rival - Tenma is a person who is somehow connected with Harima's likes and dislikes - that's why she wanted to imitate her to learn what makes Hige spending more time with Tenma - she never got the answer.
Because she is klutz ? That's the only thing Eri can think ofShe doesn't consider her a threat for her 'beautiful' self. Let's face it - Eri is selfish and have a pretty high opinion of herself - that's two things which Harima hate most in her. If she doesn't change - nothing will come up with Flag.
Harima is able to change for the girl he loves (from delinquent to mangaka), but can Eri is able to the same ?? And of course, the same question for Yakumo - being defensive will never make any closer to Harima (any closer than they are now, I mean). Does she can change for the person she loves ??
The things which the girls are attracted to Harima is his power to change. Eri, indecisive girl who should have it all, doesn't really know what to do in the future - opposite to Harima who seems to decided to change.
Yakumo - the girl who doesn't really have any great plans for the future, the only time she thought about it was while talking to Sara. Propably, the deep wish inside her is to shear her future with someone... not just only her sister and close frriends.
he-he.
maybe, the only chance for Flag and Onigiri to attack is
if Tenma & Karasuma are going out,
so Harima can open his heart to the other girls.
or Harima doesn't like Tanma anymore (which is impossible).
once again its only maybe.
The Doll that lost it's head on page 2 of this chapter, Who did the doll represent in school rumble?
I Think it was Yakumo, I Maybe wrong if someone can prove it's someone else.
So both the Harima and the other Doll Which I think is Yakumo, Lost their Heads, What could this foreshadow mean...??? well Harima's foreshadow is quite obvious but what about the first doll? Does it mean that Yakumo will lose her head over Harima???
LMAO... that's too much of a Literal intepretation... Maybe It means that their realtionship won't work out.
