ive never seen Togou actually get physical though (maybe my memory sucks) he always gets too busy talking about himself hahaha

Harry on the other hand maybe... he likes to fight anyway

his muscles cant be all for show, besides he was pretty formidable in the athletics festival
i think his mouth gets more in his way than anything else so he never shows what hes capable of because hes too busy talking about it :P

Actually, I think it's more simple than you guys say... Togou never did have a reason to fight and i think he isn't a type to go brutal (he prefers competitions where you can test all your abilities)

And that could also be the reason for him to lose in fight with Harima, Hanai or Harry, because he has no street-fighting experience,and other stuff which is a lot different than wrestling, canoing, skating and other stuff which Togou is good at.
