Actually, I was responding to Evail691 - my response being in agreement and adding that Sawachika is scary.

As for 「白人の魔法使い」, it translates to "white person's (caucasian) wizard/witch".

If you were to say "white wizard/witch", it would be 「白い魔法使い」.
