The one and only simple truth is:

Eri is better than every other girl.

She is hot, kawai, sweet, cold, serious, silly and everything.... at the same time! She i complete.

And Harima is beginning in the latest chapters to understand that she is not really that bad after all....
A huge victory if you think about Harima's tunnel vision for Tenma. Eri is the only other girl who was accepted as a "girl".

Not to mention that Harima is only natural and his true self when he is with Eri (or Tenma or Itoko).

Go Eri!

Eri and Takumo is tied for me, one is nice, cooks good, pretty other is athletic, popular, rich, but spoiled. XD so hard to decide

Mikoto is the best in my opinion. She is energetic, strong, funny, D-cup and of course 'Miko~chan' !! Better than slow Yakumo and oversensitive Eri (i think i just made some enemies with those sentence.... whatever).

P.S I'm not with 'Pencil' faction

This isn't limited to School Rumble, either.

If WF was up, I'd link to her page on the SR Wiki. It's not just her character depth, design, and development, either - she's racked up a fairly impressive list of awards, to boot. Other characters in the series may come in and out of fashion as the story arcs progress, but only Eri is consistant.
