The November issue of Shueisha's Jump Square magazine has announced on Saturday that Houkago no Oujisama (The Prince of Afterschool), a new "tribute" manga based on KONOMI Takeshi's Prince of Tennis, will launch in the next issue on November 4. The next issue will also contain a poster for Prince of Tennis, the launch of a new series of feature articles on The Prince of Tennis musical, and a giveaway for musical tickets. No other details besides the title will be announced for the manga until next month, but the previous issue of Jump Square had said that the project will be a "miraculous" collaboration with The Prince of Tennis musical. All the new material will help mark the one-year anniversary of the relatively young magazine.
