Default Prince of Tennis fans: Want to play a fun, unique RP?

Hoshihanabi forums are based on the HigumaOtoshi forums, a very small, yet interactive forum with around 20 members. HigumaOtoshi shut down, but came back as HoshiHanabi. The concept and everything else, which I will cover, is the same. It's VERY unique, and I have not seen another Roleplaying forum based on PoT that used this idea.

All new users are given a certain amount of body points, skill points, and hearts.

Heart - The amount of money you have. The longer and better your posts are, you earn more heart points.
Body Points - This is the building block of your Prince of Tennis character. The higher your body points, the stronger you are, pretty much. The longer and better your posts are, you earn more body points.
Skill Points - The more skill points you have, the more abilities and moves from Prince of Tennis you can have. Again, the longer and better your posts are, you earn more skill points.

Anyways, what you can buy with Heart points are:
    character stats
Footwork - Obviously speed. Are you a slow player? Or will you swift and hit any ball on the court?
Power - The more power you have, the more stamina you can drain from your opponent, as weaker players have a harder time returning your shots
Technique - If you are a tennis player that has high technique, you are able to pull off fancy moves as well as hit the ball anywhere you wish.
Stamina - Stamina is important. It is how long you can last in a tennis match.
Mentality - The higher your mentality, the more moves you can execute

    moves
There are a variety of moves that you can buy. Some are from the Prince of Tennis while others are made-up.

    How does this actually work?!
Our great admin, hbk, has the Prince of Tennis game, Smash Hit 2. The game offers a function where you can make your own characters. With the stats and moves you bought, he puts your name, and inputs everything that you bought. Then, the matches are simulated. It's a quite interesting concept and I have never seen something as clever as this. Let's say my character wins a match against another forum user. I would roleplay saying how I won with what score and add more descriptions.

Still confused? Take a look at what a game simulation was like:

    Other stuff
During the HigumaOtoshi forums, with Form the Strongest Team game, forum users who participated in the game drafted the Prince of Tennis players and then with their players, created lineups to compete against each other. It was really fun Players also had a salary and contract which made it even more interesting.

I really suggest you guys take a look at the forums! It's really fun, the admins and users are all great people. You can call this Higuma Otoshi Forums 2 but the fun is worth it!

I'm open to it, but don't understand how it works at all. I looked through hoshihanabi.net but I didn't see much and wasn't sure how the site worked. Would you mind giving me a more specific link that explains how to play or gives an example.

Ahh, I am not really the best at explaining things. There are people there that can explain better than me..register and ask them in the Questions thread or something like that :X

    It's pretty much

you make your own character, join a school in the PoT world. Then the more you post, you earn points. You get these points to buy stats, which are mentality, footwork, power, stamina, and technique. The more you have of each the stronger your player is. But of course, you obtain more by posting more which awards you money.

With your stats, our admin uses a PS2 game called Smash Hit 2 and puts your character stats and simulates matches between other users

^Actually that about completely explains it for me, I'm in. Sounds fun, just not sure what to expect.
