lol.. i thought i actually finished POT cuz i watched everythin on the anime up till japan played USA.. but in the manga its different.. where does it kinda break off so i can read the parts the anime doesnt have..? thx

More of the difference between manga and anime in wikipedia. The anime is starting to catch up with the manga with the new series. Read the thread in the PoT section such as the PoT OVA thread.
As for manga, you can start reading from the National Championship part, I mean the part after Seigaku won Rikkai Dai for the Kantou area championship. *can't remember which chapter is it
