Is ryoma as good as tezuka yet?

now that tezuka lost to sanada... a final match between ryoma and tezuka is not worthy anymore.. so ryoma can take the 1st place in pot while winning the nationals

Well, at least Ryoma can activate Muga no Kyouchi. But he will never surpass Tezuka unless he manages to open the last door of Muga. Right now, he does not open even one door.

Yup, the current Ryoma can never activate Muga but maybe after Momo's training or during the match with Yukimura. In short, Tezuka (current) >>>> Ryoma (current)

Hm but if Ryoma were to play Horio, I believe Horio would activate/awaken Ryoma/(at least my) hatred for Horio and he would accidently kill Horio w/o knowing it.

This isn't really a serious argument but, I believe amnesia Ryoma would react to some certain moves/things and would do something random by instinct. Hey if theres a .001 percento chance Ryoma might awaken for a second w/ uber, demon, killer powers and might kill you, I don't think even Inui would take the chance.
