it copies the technique( the effect cuased at the ball when hitted), not necessarely the motion you do when you are goin to hit the ball.. when tezuka returned the kamikakuchi with hyakuren.. it resulted in a kamikakushi with double speed or whatever the kamikakushi has.. the same with the big bang or any strong technique(
No. MnK copies the technique; HnK just adds power and spin to the move.
Tezuka didn't return kamaikushi with kamaikushi btw, he did some maneuvering with his arm is all. Though big bang was returned with more power and spin, like you mentioned.

No this does not mean Fuji surpassed Tezuka, we can't know that until Niou uses Pinnacle of Great Wisdom and Zero shiki drop serve. Fuji also has a 3 game handicap and Niou probably only has the ability to copy someones ability since he last saw it or something like that meaning he probably can't evolve while playing. Niou might not have the same skill too.
We also dont know what exactly Niou is doing, it could all be some illusion O.o.
