Fuji vs Ryoma
I saw the episode where they are up against each other, but they werent able to finish their match becuz of the rain. If it werent for the rain, who would win?
-
I think Fuji will win, even though the match will be a long one. Echizen took a long time just to overcome one counter (Higuma Otoshi). If Fuji becomes serious and starts using Tsubame Gaeshi, Hakugei and Disappearing Serve, Echizen will be at disadvantage. In addition, at that time, Echizen has limited techniques only. Twist serve and Drive B do not work against Fuji. However, the situation will be different if Echizen reaches his limit and somehow activates SoSA during his match with Fuji.

Well back then when they played, Fuji would have won, at the nationals I'm not so sure.

Fuji told Tezuka he wasn't playing seriously. Back then, Fuji would've won.
By now, Ryoma's stronger, I think.

im split becuz i love ryoma...... but i think i hafta admita fuji would win T.T
not sure about now cuz the prince of tennis can DEFINITILY (sp) beat fuji

Please, don't be stupid.
Ryoma surpassed Fuji by the time he achieved MnK before the Rikkai match. I would say Fuji would have won the match in the rain, but he wouldn't stand a chance with the skills he has shown, even since Shiraishi. Even in the rain match, Fuji's counters were being broken down. Only hope is to see the inevitable upgrades Fuji has made during his final match to come and judge from that. And then we will have to consider Ryoma's PoP, I mean, 'improvements'. Basically, Fuji is stuck as #3. Though I do hope his improvements would make him good competition for Tezuka, though that may be wistful thinking.

i think echizen would have learn to have broke all the counters and plus the only reason fuji was able to return his drive b shot was because of the laps they had to run he even said so himself that if echizen was at full strength that he would not be able to return the shot

Now Fuji would lose.
Back then Echizen might have lost. To save his and Fuji's face, Konomi probably wrapped their match up with the rain.
-
Fuji would lose now, but he admitted to Tezuka that he wasn't playing seriously against Echizen, so I think it's safe to assume he'd have won back then.
-
Fuji would have won back then for the above reasons. I don't need to add anything to this topic this time.
