And the most awesome thing happened to me today, I almost kinda did Fuji's Tsubame Gaeshi. Well I was trying to do it, and then when i hit it, it bounced and was low, but not rolling like Fuji does it, but it was very low to the ground (probably higher than when the dude from ...wht team was it...was hitting sinkers and Fuji had to add spin to the balls to hit the Tsubame Gaeshi)



Another thing, I just realized that that gatekeeper of hecatonchires might actually work. B/c when i was hitting against the wall a bit earlier than that, you realize that if you hit a back spin shit, the ball will bounce towards the ground a lot earlier than when hitting any other shot. Also, when I played my friend, he was at the net, and i hit a really hard (well i hit it hard, but it was just a lot of backspin) shot, when my friend tried to return it, it hit the net. That happened a lot of times, but then i tried hitting that same kind of shot when he was in the back, and it went over (T_T i was disappointed *cries*)

Gatekeeper is pretty much a super slice... anyone can do it, but not like Fuji can.

Tsubame is physically impossible to do, btw. The way it's shown in the manga, the ball moves topspin style up intil it bounces, and then mysteriously slices like no other.

As for your download dilemna, I seriously think that peopel have better stuff to allow DDLs for than PoT. You should go on Anidb.info, search up a group that does PoT, and download a batch torrent including those episodes, but (if you're using Azureus, because it does this for me) you can choose to only download those 2 episodes.

the gatekkeper of hecatoncheires may be possible to do in real life.... but impossible in the way fuji does( with the double super spin).... haha , many people is trying to make pot moves in real life, konomi is motivating people to do parallel other dimension things.. XD

You can go to animeepisodes.net and watch the episodes there directly, no need to download. They have pretty much all episodes, I think they are missing like 1 or 2 episodes. But episode 62 and 63 are there, I just checked.

Yeah about that, it moved like a regular slice, but then didn't really have a bounce to it...well a really low bounce.

And I am not sure what Renji's move is, about to go to youtube and watch it again.

animeepisodes.net i completely forgot about that site. A few days ago, i was trying to watch one of the older episodes on youtube, and it had been removed (i know 62's not on there). Thanks for the site, but I wanted to put those two, and the new ep (ova 15) on my psp.

Ohh I was wondering if anyone who's played some tennis, if they could give me some ideas on hitting a really low serve (Atobe's Tannhouser (SP)). Like how should I hit it. I tried how he hits it, like bending your back like crazy, and comming up to hit it, but that was really hard (the ball was out, and it wans't very low.) Any ideas?

Renji only uses Kamaitachi in the manga.

The way it's described, Tannheuser is probably impossible. He hit the ball so hard the the ball's shape changed completely and it ended up rolling on the floor.

Ryoma's Cool Drive would have to be hit harder than the Tannheuser though, FYI, because it's off an opponent's shot.

I c...so the only way to hit really low serves are the slice serves which can be done. Guess I should properly learn those. I'm not sure if those are the ones i do. Like the one I do is pretty fast, and i hold the racket at about 10 o'clock, and instead of having it vertical to the ground, its kinda diagonal (more vertical) and just hit it. and they bounce low but not as low(the kinda flat ones), and the ones that i slice but still hit pretty fast, bounce higher than the other one, but like they dont stay in the air that long, they quickly dip again.

I got a question about tennis, is it legal to do what fuji does...spin the ball on your racket (like he does to sinker balls to do a Tsubame Gaeshi...or for his final counter). Cuz I was thinking, that if you can remove all power from an opponents ball, and then use that to give the ball super backspin, maybe it'll bounce back at the net if its turned into a drop shot...kinda like Tezuka's Zero Shiki, except it bounces.

The best serve to hit is the Kick Serve in real life tennis. The Twist Serve is just stupid and nobody ever who's good does it. The best way is to use slice or heavy topspin. The slice will cause the ball to bounce wide and the topspin kick serve makes the ball jump. Both are a lot harder to hit than flat serves unless your name is Andy Roddick. It's how come you see a lot of Pros hit 120 mph serves that can be easily returned with good placement but Agassi and Federer can set up off of a second serve, because the second serve has a lot more spin, either side or top, that's very hard to control.

And in real tennis, you have to hit the ball with 'one continuous motion', which is why the gatekeeper is legal, because Fuji's only using one stroke motion. On the other hand, 'catching' the ball with your racket is not legal because you take it back (that's one stroke) and swing (that's the second).

Tsubame Gaeshi in the manga is hit with underspin, which is what sets it apart from COOl Drive. COOL Drive uses extreme topsin to deform the ball where Tsubame Gaeshi uses the doubled underspin to make the ball absorb a lot of the bounce when it hits the ground, causing it to bounce low.
