Kintarou's whatever, the one he used on Ryoma.
I believe Kintarou's smash was called the 'Super Ultra Great Delicious All-Out Mountain Storm', the best move I've seen yet.
お前にとっての下克上はここには無いんだよ。
Definitely Kintarou's strangely dubbed smash. Ishida openly admitted it was stronger than his 108th style Hadokyuu. And told everyone to duck.
Ignoring Kintarou for a second...
I'd go with...
~ Tezuka's returned Ka of Sanada's FuuRinKaZan (remember that it's 2x what Sanada smacked at him in the first place).
~ Fuu isn't a power shot... it's just really fast.
~ After that, it's Taka's all-or-nothing serve against Gin.
~ Then Gin's Hadoukyuu.

I think those special things that give lighting effects don't count...Kintarou's is pure power. lol if he got what tezuka got then the dubbed shot will be out of this world.
Big Bang is probably not the strongest shot, but it is the strongest serve because it forced Ryoma to go into tie break.
It's the strongest consistent serve.
The Strongest Serve award would go to Taka's "break the power player's wrist because it was too powerful" fly-forward-all-or-nothing-about-to-faint serve.

I'll go with Sanada's "Rai". Not only did it stun Tezuka's arm, it broke his racquet.
I have to say that I kinda lost respect for Kintarou's ultra shot once Ryoma returned it. =.= I'm guessing Gin's Haddokkyu. I know Kintarou's is supposed to be stronger, but I'm just annoyed that Echizen got out of it in once piece.
