Because that's common knowledge. Like the idea that fish can swim, birds can fly, and Bruce Willis shaves with a crashing helicopter every Saturday morning.

^Not really. Common knowledge for a Christian, perhaps, but it shouldn't be for popular culture (even though the majority is Christian in the US).
