Thread: will rikkai advance to finals?

i believe they are playing a "foreign" team... it is very unlikely of the mangaka to give some emphasis to the team that rikkai will play. during the previous chapters, naturally, he (the mangaka) just shows a frame or page showing the score of rikkai (which is 5-0 and all perfect games) against their opponent.

They bloody better do.

As for the "emphasis", I think it was just put there to scare us of Rikkai's strength. They're a foreign team, very strong compared to Japanese players, so Rikkai has to work twice as hard and all. It's also probably an opportunity/excuse for us to see Yukimura play before his big fight with Tezuka (I insist it's against Tezuka *is probably in denial*). I just hope I don't see much from Yukimura yet though. I wanna save it for last.

Rikkaidai will hopefully pull off the ultimate jobbing and make the foreign team seem incredibly strong. I say hopefully because so much of the potential of Rikkai has already been exhausted with the last match. With the exception of Yukimura, the other matches would probably be unremarkable.
