Thread: Pinnicale of perfection

i just wanna get some opinion on what people think wat is the ability of the Pinnicale of Perfection

i think all it does is the combination of PoHW and PoGW with a boosts in playing abilities

i think it's just like ur five senses are getting sharper
your prediction of where the ball going is better

or maybe some more stupid stuff happens like boosting up all the physical stats.. speed 2x, power 2x

Uh.... If the Pinnacle of Perfection was the Pinnacle of Hard work and the Pinnacle of Wisdom combined, Tezuka would have already achieved that. And they haven't said that he has gotten the Pinnacle of Perfection yet.

The Pinnacle of Perfection is probably exactly what it sounds like; pure, flawless tennis with absolutely no openings. Basically, a Super Saiyan Shiraishi.

ah...as nanjirou reached the technique....dont u think it is somewhat like PoHW + PoGW plus some relations to the nanjirou zone skill?

and if it's a no opening tech, then what if 2 people having it fight together? endless tennis....i wont want that....

Well, considering only one person's been able to open the final door in the last generation, I figure that only one person in this one should be able to.

The way I picture it, Ryoma won't open it until late in his final match, and then use it for a super flashy comeback victory. But if it does come down to PoP vs. PoP, my guess is that Echizen shonens his way to some kind of super version of it that gives him the win.

^^ Or it can come down to who has the better techniques while using the "pinnacle of perfection".

For Example: Imagine Fuji and Ryoma have Pinnacle of Perfection. The match would be decided by the one who has the better techniques. The 5 counters against Ryoma's moveset. (That was just an example, Im sure Fuji will not get it)

I suppose it could happen that way, but I think it's more likely that if a conflict came up, the deciding factor would be something lame like fighting spirit...like one of those cheezy montages of everything Echizen has been through with the Seigaku team, ended by a picture of Nanjiroh's back and a sunset with obligatory "Mada mada dane" to end the chapter.

I can see it now..."Memories of Seigaku! For his friends and for his goal, Echizen transcends perfection!"

It's probably just perfect tennis, and since perfect vs perfect wouldn't work out, the author probabaly won't pit ryoma with PoP vs someone else with PoP.
