    Default More Counters?

You can probably tell by the name of the thread that this about about Fuji and his counters.

I was reading the match between Fuji and Sharaishi again and I noticed that when Fuji reveals his Final Counter, "The Gate Keeper of Hekatoncheires" there is statement next to it that says "The first cry of the final counter" (chapter 319). I knew the Hekatoncheires has to do with Greek Mythology so I did some research. I'll quote what I found out about the hekatoncheires.

"Hekatonkheires, were three gargantuan figures of an archaic stage of Greek Mythology. They were children of Gaia and Uranus. They were known as Briareus the Vigorous, also called Aigaion, the "sea goat", Cottus the Striker or the Furious, and Gyges (or Gyes) the Big-Limbed."

Looking at the statement "The first cry of the final counter" and then this stuff about the Hekatoncheires I think more counters using this myth are on the way. Maybe a counter for each of the Hekatoncheires.

    What do you guys think?

Wow, so you did some research. *salute*
Maybe, Fuji would evolve again and we might be able to see some whole new counter in the final later.

    I hope that's the case.

In the finals I don't want to see automatic victories for whoever has State of Self-Actualization or whoever can activate more Pinnacles.

I'd rather see Fuji never develop any of the mugas, be the strongest player that doesn't have any, and beat someone who does have SOSA and one or more of the pinnacles.

If his final counter can help defeat someone who has Pinnacle of Hard Work then all the more credit to Fuji.

Wow, thats intersting. If its true though I wonder why Fuji didn't use them in his match. I guess he's saving them for the Finals but still.

^ The thing is that Fuji developed his final counter during the match with Sharaishi. If you read the chapter you will see that Chitose says something alone the lines "he developed a return during the match". So now all Fuji has to do is just extend it. Im saying this because they said it is the "first cry of the final counter". I can see three more counters coming each based on the Hekatoncheires.

Oh yeah heres another thing. Look at fuji's counters, Higuma Otoshi (bear drop), Kagerou Zetsumi (dragonfly illusion). He bases them on animals.

One of the hecatoncheires is Briareus, also called Aigaion, the "sea goat". Isnt that something that Fuji can turn into a counter?

No -_- I'm getting tired of people taking words out of context.

"The first cry" does not mean there is more to the counter. It is suggesting that it is the first time we see it, and there is more comming.

Go Flamez11! You did go and do some research!
Hm... Maybe this final counter, will have 3 parts to it. Just like the SOSA had 3 doors to it. Maybe this time, hidden deep under the final counter, are 3 different techniques, a bit like the triple counter.

Maybe another chapter can be called, "The second cry of the...."

"First cry of the counter" - maybe this suggests that it's only used for the first time or maybe even the first PART of the counter.
