Yes he definitely can after seeing his return Chitose's special move and the newest chapter. Fuji won't lose so easily though he will be able to get some games off Tezuka, but not beat him. It could be a close match though if Fuji evolves even more.

Bad news is, the probability of the match actually happening is near to none. They put the match on the anime because it was near to ending, so they did a poor, exaggerated match with a predicted outcome. Now that Tezuka ended up winning in the anime, If they do the match in manga and Fuji wins the following will happen: 1) People will go WTF? Tezuka won in the anime but Fuji won in the manga? [Although it would happen in different time spaces] 2) People will go WTF? Seigaku's #2 is better than Seigaku's #1? Who the .... was judging when they ranked them!? 3) People will go WTF? So Fuji's better than [Insert name of player beaten by Tezuka]? 4) . . .
So, no. Fuji won't win. He probably could find a way to beat TZ. And supress HJnK. Does it change the score? Definitely not.
They could show a match between them, where Fuji at some point has a game over Tezuka and they ruin it with an anticlimatic end where they stop playing because of rain/ ryuzaki screaming at them/ racket breaking because of an accident/ only ball they have being hit out of the court/ tennis practice time being over...!! *ducks from sharp objects* *W*
Are you talking to me? O.o
I don't think Fuji even has a 25% chance of beating Tezuka:/, Tezuka will surely win against Fuji. Unless, Fuji becomes the main character XD.
*shoots Ryoma*
I agree with Silent Viper. They're probably not going to have a Fuji vs. Tezuka match. But, even if they hadn't played in the anime (and people wouldn't say WTF), I still think Fuji would lose. Based on what the Hyakuren Jitoku no Kawami (Did I spell that right?) has done so far, Tezuka would be able to return all of Fuji's counters. They originally described it has "doubling power and spin," but it clearly does more than that. Hence, how it returned Chitose's serve.
