    They're okay, but I think that they just don't get enough good moments... If you know what I mean. It usually takes time for characters to grow on you, but if they don't get that much attention, not that many people like them. Oishi and Taka-san are both kinda overshadowed by everyone else. And Oishi's just been injured for the longest time, so he's bleh.... >.<
    Yeah, I know. Totally pisses me off that oishi has been injured the whole frigging tourney. And knomi seriously needs to give them more love, I mean come on, Oishi and kikimaru have an amazing match v. shishido and choutaro, but no one even cares because of tezuka and ryoma's matches.

    Let other people get the glory sometimes Konomi, darn it.

    And I also like Kikimaru, his style of tennis is what I try to make mine. Acrobatics are actually really hard to do on the doubles court lol.

    Yup, they are overshadowed, especially Oishi. Even as a co-captain, he seldom has his speech. Even when Seigaku is fighting Rikkai Dai, after saying Seigaku are there to beat Rikkai Dai, Oishi seems blushing off. He is too dependant on Tezuka all the times. Hence, he dioesn't have the confident to speak out strong words. They do need to to polish their character. The same goes for Taka-san.

    There were a lot of jokes when the Nationals first began. Everyone said that Oishi looked like a complete Tezuka fanboy when they were drawing lots.

    Yay!! Tezuka fans!! Maybe I need to start a Tezuka fanclub. Haha. I'd probably the sole member. Not that I really care all that much.

    No seriously, though. Oishi really acts like a Tezuka fanboy in OVA 1.

    Whoah, a Tezuka fan club! I'll join. Just post the website here. Ooops, off topic. Man, I get excited when talking about Tezuka.

    As for Oishi, I think he has grown a lot in the latest chapters. He even dare to speak out loud that that Seigaku is there to defeat the enemy. Wow, I think Oishi has gathered up lots of courage to do so. So, he is somehow trying very hard to build his new image, definitely not a Tezuka fanboy.

    Still, Tezuka is the BEST!

    Lol. I get really excited talking about Tezuka, too. I was kinda joking about that Tezuka fanclub thing. I'm sure there are some on the internet though. Lol. Maybe I should look. Technically, it's still somewhat on topic. We're talking about our favorite character, aren't we? ^.^

    Yeah. Oishi hasn't been acting fanboyish lately, but I think its' because we haven't seen him do much lately. He only acted like a Tezuka fanboy in that particular chapter. I just thought it was funny.

    Favourite = Inui

    I like his style of tennis; and I especially liked it when he (suppostively) discarded his data in the match against Yanagi Renji, that match sure showed a different (and cool) side to our usual, calm data collector. On top of that you gotta give him some credit for being the first to defeat a Rikkaidai player since Tezuka did in his second year (not to mention he defeated one of the three demons).

    And let's not forget about those tasty drinks he make (and all his other strong points I may've forgotten to add).

    Lol. Plus, he's a good trainer. With a very effective method of "encouragement." Haha. Gotta love Inui Juice.
