There are approximately 328 chapters in the manga and 178 episodes in the anime series, plus 13 OVA.
Do you think the creator will create more chapters, ova, episodes or is this the end?

Of course there's going to be more. Chances are that he'll go past the Nationals in the manga. The anime may not follow suit, however, which could be a problem for publicity... otherwise, there will probably be an international tournament featuring the best people everywhere... and if new shots are still coming out then.... well, holy shit!!!! goes out to Konomi's creativity.

I think he might just keep it to the characters shown already and just organize matches between them. Matches we havent seen before. (like yukimura and atobe)
-Plus Rikkaidai won the nationals how many years in a row? I think its clear they are the best team
Yeah... There are plenty of matches I'd like to see. Plus, with the old shots, they'll probably get upgrades. Like Fuji's new upgraded counters, etc.

REPLY : Hey, there are 330 chapters.
Both anime and manga are ongoing, but it's only a matter of time until it ends - unless Konomi decides on keep going after Echizen's first year. (Or Echizen's brother will just have to randomly pop up and take the role as the main character).
Hahaha.... Yeah right.... Echizen's brother only showed up in the movie. He didn't even show up in the original series. Unless he showed up in the manga. I don't think that PoT will continue past Echizen's first year. I don't think I would watch it. I'd probably just ask people whether highschooler Tezuka shows up, and I'd go watch that one. Lol. But seriously, most people's favorite character is a third year. PoT's just not going to be good without them.
Echizen's brother was an anime-only character, and I know he didn't make an appearance in the manga.
I would like to see what happens after all of the regulars graduate and see what happens with the younger regulars, but to be honest, I don't want Prince of Tennis to be another dragged out anime/manga series like, say, Yu-Gi-Oh!. I'd be disappointed if it did end with the Nationals, but I wouldn't mind it at the same time. If it kept going like that, I think a lot of people would eventually get sick of it, not to mention, the lack of the characters we're familiar with will probably cause a drop in its popularity (this also happened with Yu-Gi-Oh!; I noticed a lot of people complained that what they disliked most about the new series was the new characters and the lack of the original characters).

I want prince of tennis to go on FOREVER waaaaaaaaaaaa !!!
I want it to end in the Nationals but hey, if Konomi still got some good ideas up his sleeves for the series' continuation after the finals, then why not?
Hopefully the anime OVA would show all matches including those against Shitenhouji.
Also, a second anime movie wouldn't hurt.
Although this time maybe not Tezuka killing dinausaurs or tennis during the ship-sink.
