Thread: Downloading OVAs

i have been searching for the torrents of the OVAs..but i am getting more and more confused as to which is which..

for example, i have this called national championship vol #; then next, i found zenkoku taikai hen vol # episode #...i was like, what's the difference? i know that there are altogether 13 OVAs to be released, and if i am not wrong, 7 has already been out (unsure the latest number though)

i hope there's someone out there who has downloaded the complete set to tell me the difference between the names...i have just finished watching all 178 episodes plus some of the movies..have yet to start on the national championship arc..

yes, i have watched atobe's gift too on youtube last night. is there any place which i can download it? if possible, with better quality and sub..

what do you mean by `the difference between names? Nevermind about that, you should search youtube, if it`s not there, then it`s not released yet, you have to wait...

all 7 OVAs are on youtube as of now, with subs, etc. You can download them from youtube using videodownloader.

The 7 are on youtube, yes...but what do you mean they are all subtitled? As of this post, they are not. 1 through 4 are, but 5 through 7 are not.

There are 7 POT Nationals OVA in youtube. 4 have subs mostly by Saizen (i think) but there is a sub of OVA 7 made by a chinese guy who seems to have subbed it based on a chinese sub. It's not good but non-nihonggo people sometimes have no choice.

On animenewsnetwork, it said that the 8th and 9th OVAs are coming out on November 24th.

yay!! on the 24th...wut a good way to end the month...huuhuh

8th and 9th... is it the start of the Tezuka / Kite match? then it'll only leave to 4 more eps... that would barely go up to the matches against hyotei...
