I'm talking about the Anime version:

that was ridiculously dumb. I knew they were going to make this move stupid. I'm talking about the double Eiji move. They made it like he has a clone that he whips out of his ass. In one scene they even have one Eiji hugging the other Eiji from behind. This means that he's moving back and forth from different hugging positions? This is just retarded.

In one scene they have Kai's viking horn score by going in between the two Eijis. This means that Eiji is moving back and forth past the ball so that he misses it?? WTF is this shit?

Idk. Don't ask. I mean, we all know that it's not real. How many of those moves can you really use in real life? It's not different from Tezuka Zone or Tsubame Gaishi. It's next to impossible, if not completely impossible. But just go along and enjoy it. ^.^

Like I said. Impossible OR next to impossible. Let's say that it really is possible. Would it be seen on a Jr. High level? And if it is possible, why don't we see professionals use it? You could easily pwn everyone if they had to hit the ball before it bounced. And let's say I've been watching tennis since I was like 5 and I, for one, have not seen it.

Lol. It's okay. I'm sure there's a physics explaination on how it is possible, but it may not be humanly possible to perform something like. I guess that's the same as Eiji's double technique. Physically (I mean following the laws of physics) it's possible. Humanly, I'll step out on a limb here and say it's impossible.

yeah but there's a difference between ripping a ball with spin so that it won't bounce compared to moving at the speed of light and hugging yourself.

And like I said if you're moving in between the two eijis than why the hell can a ball go through between both eijis if he's constantly moving back and forth between the two eijis?

In the manga I'm pretty sure this move was like a constant Shukuchu. When the player turns their head they see Eiji again so that they're fooled into seeing double. Not like really moving at the speed of light that is just .... why don't they just make them turn super saiyan and shoot lazer beams and get it over with then.

Lol. That would be interesting. But that's not physically possible. Super Saiyan and shooting lazer beams isn't even physically possible. It's impossible for the human body to increase muscle mass just by concentrating or creating the charged particles in their eyes. Physically it is possibe to create the illusion that a person is in two places at once. Just that people can't move that fast. Maybe Eiji has some sort of jet pack on his shoes that makes him move that fast? But I agree with you. The first time I read that chapter, I thought to myself, "Okay...... This is going a little far. This is beyond imagination."
