I'm quite sure that this is an unpublished POT song because I own all of the published POT music from the anime. There are quite a few of these unpublished songs.

The one that sounds like a megaman song.

well, if i listen to it correctly, i think almost every POT episode has that song whenever they played against an opponent and seem to be winning ~shrug~ but i could be wrong
