Is it possible for someone to translate the names of the people in Prince of Tennis like WinterLion did in mangahelpers.com? Just for interests

Anything is possible. I have not seen his translations but usually literal translations of first names usually sound really dumb. Just stick with the Japanese names; Americanization sucks.
Fuji Syuusuke = Unparalleled God

Name: Yukimura Seiichi
"Yuki" is the kanji for peace or happiness, and "mura" means village. "Sei" means soul or life force. This of course, speaks to Yukimura's passionate feelings toward tennis, and his incredible will to overcome his suffering to become greater than he is. Ichi is a common ending for a boy's name.
Name: Oishi Shuichirou
Oishi = delicious
Shui = first place, leading position
echizen = freshman/first year
