Um... well.. no actually.
You can go to animepaper.net for wallpapers, and this site has all of the downloadable chapters... though the newer ones aren't by FET, I think.
the FET site is also a good source of information about PoT... just check it out.

The easiest way I can recommend is getting an LJ account and joining the various TeniPuri-related communities. You can get a LOT out of them. ^_^

the ova is up to number 7!! so yeah there are 7 episodes now
there are only 3 subbed episodes so far, but yea there are 7 episodes up to date..
i could be wrong, but i thought it was 13 episodes? in 7 dvd's ? if it is 7, how the hell are them people planning to finish the WHOLE NATIONAL? They havent even finished the matches against Higa. ~.~
