That does not mean he will never play tennis again. Anybody could rejoin a team.
That is true, but you must admit it would be rather awkward for him to quit for only this match, don't you think? That is why I say the chances for him to be in that match are low, but plausible.

As for Echizen and Kintarou, I personally don't care who wins. I hate them both so, It would be funny if Seigaku loses, and Shitenhouji vs Rikkaidai in the finals.

    Yukimura vs Shiraishi
    Sanada vs Chitose
    Kirihara vs Zaizen

    Those matches would be pwnt.

Oh oops... guess you're right. I guess I mixed up Nationals with Kantou. And you're right again, I think I did forget about Renji. I just don't think anyone else would be able to beat Tezuka because if Inui can beat Renji, and Tezuka murders Inui after starting up the Tezuka Zone, then anyone below Renji wouldn't have a chance in hell.

Sanada v Chitose ==== badass match. Who cares about Shiraishi... This match, to me, is like Sanada v Tachibana... and that's what I wanna see.

And I'm quite sure that Chitose only stayed on to play Tachibana. One heard the other was back in tennis, so he joined (that's Chitose who came back, then Tachi). I wouldn't quit after just one match... but yeah, that's just Chitose.

i think sanada is way over rated ryoma beat him by simply going into his myuga mode, atobe took that in his stride but still got beat. Atobe can already beat sanada. Tezuka can beat sanada. Fuji can beat sanada espeacially now no contest. and if ryoma can beat him with myuga, Chitose can most likely beat sanada. who else hmm..if fuji can beat sanda then the guy who beat fuji most likely can too but then again if fuji didnt wait so long to get serious he would have won...because it took that guy 5-6 games just to return the ball over the net after he invented the 4th counter. If he started out laying like that along with the improved triple counters that guy would have been overwelmed. The score would be like 5-2 or somthing

i don't agree with you...simply said...sanada is not over rated. ~shrug~ the atobe, fuji and tezuka you showed are all the one who had improved after the kantau (or is that kanto?!?) tournament...so, why can't sanada improved?!? we haven't actually see sanada in action yet...except for the unfinished one with atobe...and even when yukimura said that sanada would have lost if the game was continued, who said that he could not have find a way to beat atobe after that...beside the one where he played with ryoma, sanada only used two of the four moves he have...and i think ryoma won because sanada underestimate him....~shrug~ but hey, everyone has their own views...and i'm not defending sanada because he is my fav player, in fact i like fuji and ryoma better than sanada...

It is true, I don't see how Sanada hasn't undergone a tough training after he was defeated by Ryoma and possibly by Atobe. I don't think he is the kind of guy to say: "Oh I lost, what the hell, I'm not going to train even if I'm entering the Nationals and my pride is on the line."

Frankly speaking I think you have no idea what you are talking about.

-Ryoma beat Sanada because he is the main character
-Atobe lost to Sanada 6-0 because of Mountain
-Tezuka would have not beaten Sanada in Kantou(turn out worse than atobe v tezuka)
    -Fuji would have gotten raped.
-And we have only seen Chitose in Nationals, so we cannot decide.

Like all the other noobs, you are comparing people in the NATIONALS against people in KANTOU.

This is true... they have all grown since Kanotu!
During Kantou I doubt Atobe would win, but afterward when he was having the practise match with Sanada and Yukimura stopped them, yes, he could've beat Sanada.
Tezuka would have lost badly during Kantou... his injury and he hadn't developed his Pinnacle of Hard work yet...
Fuji... if he didn't take it seriously would've lost badly< No matter how much I love him, this would be true>

Ryoma beat Sanada once during the Kantou tournament, but who knows if he can do it again. I'm sure Sanada's improved.

And I don't remember Atobe beating Sanada. I think Sanada would actually win if they played each other at nationals.

As for Tezuka, it's still hard to decide. I think Tezuka would win, but I might be biased.

I still don't understand how Sanada would be able to beat Atobe? Even Ryouma couldn't technically "beat" Atobe, he had to tire him out (which was total bs I might add).
