I think jackal would be the black guy in a greenish suit with the ring. Sorry, I'm just going off of the one justice league episode that I saw.

is a probability that it doesnt even exist.. but if it was in inui's dream is possible that it exists... maybe inui has a data of niou having the meteor drive... or maybe not because eiji said that iniu has no data on niou...
