Although Saiki Kanpatsu no Kiwami looks like a nice counter to Shiraishi's "perfect tennis", I don't want Fuji to end up being in SoSa. I'm just not that impressed with Muga. And that's just me.

I don't think he will go SOSA.

Judging from the last panel, Fuji has "awakened" in the sense that he has become a more vocal, passionate player (hence, his screams on each shot, and the "YOSH!!" celebration on the winning point).

Fuji doesn't need SOSA and won't attain it because he is as Chitose put it, Tensai Fuji Syuusuke.

He is a tensai and that alone will be enough for him ability-wise. The only thing that was in question was his passion, which has now been resolved in this match.

This match is making me so happy ^__^

And I agree with lennay about him not going into SOSA. He already has top notch skills, all that was really in question was his passion for the game and his determination to win. And now that that's resolved, he can go out there and show them the skills of a true genius. And I hope and pray that even if he does go into SOSA, he doesn't go through Saiki Kanpatsu wo Kiwami. My gosh, all those sparkles around Chitose was so~o gay. I don't need to see Fuji covered in those sparkles... ever.
