Thread: self activation?

i've just seen the episode where Seigaku and Rikkai meet...and i was just wondering does the anime have Ryoma and the others use self activation (or whatever it's called) which was in the manga? i hope you know what what i'm talking about u.u;;

Unfortunately no. In the anime Echizen does not use self activation...neither does Sanada.

self-actualization, you mean...

hmm....actually in the anime ryoma was doing something similar to the State of self-actualization, Ryoma was doing almost all the tennis moves of his opponents

Yeah, they just did not call it self-actualization. They gave you the impression that this was Ryoma improving. When you get towards the end of the regular anime series you will see him use something very similar. I wont give it away if you have not seen it yet, but he is playing Tezuka when this happens.
Personally, I am anxious to see the rest of this OVA they are coming out with. Saizen is doing a great job, but they are so far between releases (the publishers) that it is slowly driving me crazy.
