That's something new. Someone who finds the dub "really good all around." I've heard some, "I think it's decent" or "It's pretty good." This is the first "really good" I've heard. Lol. It's going to take a whole lot of getting used to, if I start keeping up with the dub. They all sound so much alike compared with the Japanese version. Fuji has a boy's voice coming out of his mouth! OMG! Lol.
What did you think of Blum and Thornton in that vid I posted Kitsune? I think they are great as those characters.
Oh. I'll go watch it now. Youtube didn't work on my previous interenet connection. I'm using a different one now, so I'll go watch it. ^.^
Personally, I liked Steven Blum's voice better. Thornton was pretty good, too. I'm not sure if it was only that episode, but as Saito, Thornton made his voice kinda scratchy. Didn't Thornton also play Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho? I liked his voice there.

No, Hiei was a different voice actor.
Watch this video, saito talks alot more. Its a little low, but you can still hear it alright. This video has a suspenseful ending too :P
-Personally I think if he used this voice, Tezukas voice would be sick.

Really? Oh wait. Just kidding. Thornton was Hiei in the Yu yu hakusho OVA. Lol. I knew that. I just forgot. I haven't watched Yu yu hakusho in over 2 years. ^.^' No.... I hate suspenseful endings..... ;_;

I can't right now. I'm using an internet connection that has forbidden sites. ;_; Youtube is blocked. I have to wait till the afternoon, so I can use a different connection.
We get a lot of anime dubbed in the vernacular, including POT. Depending on the dubbing studio, it may sound good or bad. So far, the general consensus is that they are passable.
I don't know if the acquisition of Youtube by Google will affect the types of videos available given the copyright laws. I don't know the effect on the subbed animes.
Have you seen the dub yet kokusaikone? I'm still having issues telling who's talking. I'm not quite used to the voices yet. I guess it doesn't quite bother me nearly as much any more. You kinda get used to the misprounciations. Although I'm surprised they mispronounced Oishi.
