The world they are in?

if you saw One Peace you will notice that there are alot of ancient ruins with scripts about history and weapons that are similar to Nuclear Weapons we have!!....it looks like they are in earth in the distant future or at least they are in another Dimension or Another planet cuz the Animals and beasts dewlls in this planet are much different than ours on Earth right?

Its in the alabasta arc, Crocodile explains the Pluton and there's a clip of a nuclear explosion. It never says that there are nukes, just that's how Crocodile pictures a god-weapon.

Plus, your whole theory about nuclear weapons is just...stupid. And it's even more stupider to thing that One Piece world = this world. No offence.

The Pluton is a warship, the blueprints that Frankie has are for a ship.

There's no confirmation whatsoever that it would resemble a nuke in any way. And yes, it WAS confirmed that ´Franky's blueprints was for one of the ancient weapons, a warship. He's burned them now, though.

One Piece being our world? No. Not a snowball's chance in hell.

If you come up with something that could rearrange Earth landmasses into Red Line + Islands...
Then it could possibly be Earth. Not otherwise.

The planet they're in is more likely to be Neverland from Peter Pan than Earth.

That was probably just for effect. Anime has a tendency to use the mushroom-cloud of a nuclear bomb to attribute a sense of "Oh shit!" to whatever item/person/power/etc is being discussed (the zombie episode of Samurai Champloo is a good example).

It's pretty much a visual metaphor for the viewers' sake. I doubt that world even has the ability to split an atom. Without the assistance of a Devil Fruit, anyways.
