psh Ace only get more vote cuz he's the main character's brother.
in term of str, its impossible to tell. cuz ice and fire can only be determine by the str of the users.

fire can melt ice. but if the ice is much more cold and harder than fire, fire cant melt it as fast, etc. if ace is stronger, none of the ice would be able to hit ace since they'll all melt, etc.

If it all came down to physical combat abilities then Ace would win ... otherwise, I can't see either side having a decisive win without any interference.

Enel was shocked (pun fully intended) that Luffy could hit him, because beforehand he had never encountered rubber in the Sky Islands. Crocodile had encountered Water so he moved to a desert. Ace is likely far more knowledgeable about his weaknesses than Enel is about his. Still, I give the battle to Enel.

Fire isn't easy to avoid. It's not a form of energy with uniform direction, so it could attack Eneru from anywhere even if Eneru knows it's coming. However, Eneru does the same thing, so Ace vs. Eneru is still difficult to determine the winner.
The weakness of electricity as an energy is that it needs a specific medium to conduct it. Heat conducts in any medium, including no medium.
The weakness of heat is that it spreads to everything regardless of barriers. Thus it is difficult to concentrate and can never really condense well, which electricity can do well.
However, we're talking about fire and lightning which are mixtures of different types of energy: heat, electricity, light, vibration, etc.
Ace is more likely to win because of the unpredictable uncontrollable nature of fire. If Ace really fought seriously, the fighting ground would instantly become a ruinous disaster area with fire spreading around and destroying everything. Electricity doesn't work too well in intense heat, so Eneru's power is restricted and weakened.

Adding another fighter in this match, Aokiji would actually be disadvantaged in the fight against Eneru (despite my disagreement from before), because Eneru is not only electricity, but it is lightning, which is heat being carried in the path of electricity, so Aokiji would get teared apart. Ace would beat Eneru because Eneru can't really do much to Ace. Ace would lose to Aokiji because Aokiji can just absorb all of Ace's energy for himself without severe damage to his body. (Ace will get tired out easily from fighting Aokiji, while Aokiji will just literally bask in the warmth and then go for the kill when Ace can't fight anymore.)
It's really the elemental rule, fire feeds on wood/air, wood/air feeds on water/ice, and water/ice destroys fire.

um, FYI Ice melts... Besides there's no "Elemental rule" it varies from game to anime to what have you. Some group ice with water and some separate them. When separate its usually Water dowses Fire, Fire melts Ice.

    isn't that pokemon?
    depends on the quantity
a lot of fire can evaporate ice
but a lot of ice can cause it to melt and drowse the fire

by the way, its pretty obvious that ace's weakness is water, like crocodile right?
