I think the point of these movie in the main time-line is between Longring Longland and Water 7, i guess from Nami and Sanji cloths at the beginning of the movie, but, as you said, it seem passed on-air TV-series for a long time. how about, they try to fill DVD release ? but I have no idea about what's going in DVD release.
