    Default Zoro's Development *spoilers*

In Alabast we witnessed Zoro learn to cut steel, bringing him one step closer to Hawk Eyes and the strongest swordsman level. What do you guy's think he will learn in his current fight with kaku, if anything?

Oda knows how to keeps tabs on all his characters and develop them accordingly, I think thats one of the coolest things about this manga.

i dont think zoro has completely learned how to cut steal yet, and when he did cut steel that one time it wasnt a very strong cut. If hes going to learn anything it would be the mastery of his steel cutting.

Through Zoro's 'breath of everything' technique he can cut steel when he focuses hard however he hasn't had enough time to perfect this technique to its strongest point which would explain if his cut wasn't very strong however after the fight with Kaku I think Zoro will come out of it as the victor and will be a much stronger swordsman when he counters Kaku's yontoryu style.

the other interesting aspect of the cutting steel techique was that he could chose to cut or not to cut..... so the technique isn't about power; it is about control

i think he has a great degree of control over the steel cutting technique, considering he cut through the last car of the train on the way to Eines Lobby

Zoro cut through a fricking train car. He also cut through cannonballs against the Franky Family. I doubt he has a problem cutting through steel anymore.

Well the snake in skypea was kind of like a new character so killing it was probably not an option

In order to develop more there can only be one of three things, i think:

    1) New weapon
    2) New technique
    3) Personal change in the body (devil druit, android arm, steroids..i dunno)

Since he already got a new weapons, and we keep seeing him do strange new techniques with slight changes, that leaves no. 3 ??

ps. werent there something weird about those katana he bought, like they were holding some suppressed power?

Zoro is not your typical character that goes through one or two techniques and then becomes uber strong. He goes through constant training so he is gradually evolving everyday.

He's probably going to end up one of the CP9's 6 forms.
