Thread: Seastone Armor

I just wanted to toss an idea I had into the jaws of the internet forum-ists....

Seastone armor. If someone built a monstrous vehicle with seastone armor plating. Really....or even give someone with Zoro's or Sanji's strength armor. if they can build a seastone cage, why can't they do that?

seastone armor wouldnt stop the attacks of a DF user since sea water didnt stop aokiji from freezing the ocean.

Even if someone were to do that Zoro could just cut it off. I shore someone in onepiece will eventually try it but its going to be very ineffective.

Of course it will be. Think about it a little, Seastone dont offer PROTECTION against DF users attacks. It only weaken DF users if it is in direct contact with his skin. In other words: Eneru would still roast you, Ao Kiji still freeze you, and Luffy still punch you, with or without seastone armor.

Better than armor - I think knuckles or shoes made of seastone would be better... I can imagine how would those DF users be pwnd by Sanji wearing those.

Not really. The Seastone has to touch them for an extended amount of time, a single touch won't do much to them but limit their powers for a split second. And furthermore, there's maybe one DF user(Robin) who's fighting style wouldn't be capable of avoiding the DF weapons easily anyways.

On that note, Seastone is as strong as diamond, so for normal armor it'd be a decent use.

Where has it been stated that seastone is as hard as diamond?

A seastone weapon (such as Smoker's sword) isn't a bad idea. Make it a staff or spear for maximum effect.
Seastone is probably rare and heavily regulated by the world government though, so getting the materials would be problematic.

chapter 400 says seastone is stronger then diamonds. if its true then zoro deffinitly needs a sword made of seastone.

Chapter 400, they state that unless they get the key to remove Robin's cuffs, they're never come off because seastone is as strong as diamond
