enel is very dangerous to everyone except luffy. if luffy was taken down before enel was then he would have a good chance of winning. unless of couse someone stabs him in the head with sea stone or something. i think that even though the elephant sword is probably going to be really good he is terrible so i dont think he will wield it well

How about putting seastones on all DF users and then let them fight it out to see who really is the strongest without the help of a DF's power?

a seastone weakens and enfeebles the DF user. When Luffy touched the bars he weakened considerably.

Then they probably won't be able to move. They're like sitting ducks. But then, it also depends on where the seastone is put.

if you put seastone on them they cant move so they couldnt fight. if you did take out all the devil fruit users IMO mihawk would win

Hmm... I seem to remember a chapter cover where the baroque works members mr. 0, mr. 1, and mr. 3 where inside a jail cell, obviously with seastones in their cuffs, with a couple of bruised up inmates with mr. 1 sitting on one of them. Who again said that they can't move?

No one likes to place their bets on a guy they've never seen fight even once.

sure we havnt seen him fight.. but we know a) He doesnt have the title Strongest Man in the World for nothing, and b) many strong pirates including ace and blackbeard.. aswell as shanks and buggy were under his command at some time or still are (ace)

In ONE PIECE, there's too many possibilities that happen, so it's probably Luffy who wins in the fight against everything, since he's like Roger's reincarnation.

But the true winners are still the manga readers.
