I started to watch the anime with my brother few months back, but since he didn't have as much time, I started to read manga. Got through 380+ chapters in few days

Around this spring, when the couple first volumes were released. I had watched some anime and read some manga and One Piece seemed popular so I gave it a try. I tried not to read the chapters online so I could enjoy a constant 1 volume a month but around volume 7 I just gave up and downloaded the chapters. I'll buy the full volumes anyway, as a tribute to Eiichiro Oda's brilliance.

My younger brother and I were deep in Naruto and then the filler began. Since then I have been picking up more and more anime (previously had only seen slayers and cowboy bebop). I got caught up in One Piece and Bleach. Watched all of Full Metal Alchemist, FLCL and a few others. Anyway, I had not read any manga for any series at this point but both Bleach and One Piece had me salivating for more so I picked those up. And now even with both I need more! More!

My friend started watching it while it was in the middle of the skypiea arc because he was in japan. When he came back he downloaded K-F's releases and got hooked. He kept telling me to watch it so two summers ago i began watching and couldnt stop. Eventually, however, i caught up to the releases but i was good about not spoiling anything and not reading the manga. i couldnt resist for long tho and then i read the manga. I made it up to the end of the skypiea arc and stopped for some reason but after a while i stopped watching the anime, for no reason, and only read the manga.

Shonen Jump easily the cause, but basically that got me into all the other mangas, I used to read manga once in a while but once I started reading Shonen Jump with mangas like One Piece, Naruto, and Sandland I got addicted which eventually got me to start looking online, and I now read manga WAY to much, and watch Anime too.

I've known 1 piece for long, my friend keep telling me that it's very good and I should read it, but I always looked down on it, since the way its drawn is like for small kids, and also I had a bad experience with pirate-related manga (captain Kid), so one day he asked me to buy one of the volume (no 14) for him, and since i'm doing nothing, i had a read....i thought...oh well...better than staring at the wall.... and since then i got hooked....never thought that the story is this awesome...
