But thatīs how the future Pirate Kingīs crew should be! And our Monster trio is on Jinbeīs level already (with Luffy hopefully a bit better Zorro probably as well, Sanji could be stronger too :P), so I donīt really see a problem on that level...
As for his motivation, Oda can be pretty creative with these things ;D

I can maybe see him saying something along the lines of: It's time for me to shake this world the same way Fisher Tiger did.

So, what did I say?!!!?!
Thing is, Iīm kinda torn (actually not, but I already see them critics/whiners coming...). It was pretty obvious what the blood loss was for, and many could think it was forced. It wasnīt really forced, but the magnitude of the wounds Luffy/Zorro had before is just greater, this didnīt really felt like enough of a justification (perhaps if he would have been ravaged a bit more by Hodiīs teeth :P). But I guess it should be enough... (or they planned this as well xDD).
I must say, Oda probably rushed through this arc in order to get to the NW quicker - even so, this was a good ending....even though Iīm curious about Caribou and how he got away ^^ (and I also wonder why he didnīt take the mermaids with him...probably didnīt have enough place anymore :P).
Frankyīs facepalm at Sanjiīs shenanigans was awesome!!
And HELL YEAH, JINBE!!!
Also, Roger with the voice of all things - another parallel drawn to Luffy... this be some cool stuff, although I really hope there are more surprises coming our way, which leads to the "predicability" again. I just think that we already know many things that come together are getting concluded here, or just plain and simple have to happen as a symbol.
Maybe it could have been better done if Oda hadnīt rushed through...still really enjoyable
And these figurines are great! Lol @ Tanuki Chopper XD

I can see how adding Jinbe to the crew would be great for the Strawhats. Not just the polished power and political cachet that he brings, but also the enormous amount of blood type F.
I am still kind of hoping he says no. I was looking forward to seeing how the crew would turn Caribou into a positive force, but that may just be impossible.

So the chapter ended with Luffy's proposition, I can only hope to GOD that Jinbe politely turns it down!!!!
I love uncle Jinbe as much as the other guy but I WOULD NOT WANT TO SEE HIM WITH THE SHs! In my mind he is on another level than them, not only in strength but fricken experience. He doesn't need to go on another adventure voyage with a bunch of dreamers! His presence would greatly shift this power on that ship. I would rather him say, in the next chapter, "I am sorry Luffy but I have to remain and protect my home now more than ever.....but make no mistake, if you need my aid only call and I will be there as your ALLY!!!".
Personally acceptable grounds for him joining:
At the end of the day though if Oda wants it, he'll have it and I will not complain. In the event that Jinbe joins it wouldn't be a "YAY SURE!!" on his part, but it would be because he sees greater meaning in joining. Everyone on the SH crew are dreamers and they have a bigger goal in life to achieve, but what of Jinbe? If he joins it would be because he wants to act as the liaison between Human and FM, and to further bridge the peace gap between the 2 races or because he see's Luffy as the next future WBish "protector of the FI" kind of person and sees it beneficial to join the crew as to be a deterrence of potential Fishman Island invaders.
Now about the chapter itself, Caribou is on the move!!!! He left the mermaids back, undoubtedly because he probably couldn't fit everything inside of him, but by him not going through with that horrible offense, in my mind, is his redeemable factor and still keeps him in the running for being the SHs next Nakama! I still believe!!!!
Also the thing that pissed me off the most about this fucking chapter was the fact that all these Fishmen FUCKERS were still all scared and shit to even give the human that risked his life for their sake blood!!! Law or not I would've liked to see ALL of those fucking fishmen jumping up and down saying "FUCK THE LAW" in order to give blood! Bunch of Pussies!! That really pissed me off.
"He is now declaring his words to the WORLD!"

I know where you going krazy, but, history and tradition is really hard to overcome when there is fear in your heart. Imagine the opposite, imagine one guy (not Jinbe cause he is a beast) jumping and everyone else frowning and looking at him. No one wants to be the odd one out. Of course, I would've said fuck it, and try leaving with the SH, but that's just me.
Jinbe: I called it at least having an invitation. I think Oda will put it very nicely if he decides to join. Oda doesn't disappoint. And for future complainers about Luffy passing out. Before Luffy would fight to it's limits of fatigue, now, his concentration is so beastly that his life is in peril by the amount of neglect he gives to his injuries, even, worsening them.
