why are you talking about robin destroying ships to escape ?????
maybe she destroyed ships later, when living his pirates mates and as ao kiji said, but we are now sure that she destroyed NOTHING during buster call nor she killed anything !!

as for how Robin got her bounty, it was probably given to her when she encounter some Marines during her escape and had to use her Devil Fruit ability to help her escape. and considering her age at that time, it is reasonable to give her a high bounty if she defeated them at a young age.....

Her bounty comes from the fact she's not only the only person left in the world that can read the stones(not going to butcher the word) and thus reveal the truth about the past, but she's a witness to perhaps one of the lowest acts the Marines have commited, and a survivor to boot. They want her caught and controlled, so no one can learn either truth they attempt to hide. The ships is just a cover story.
What I'm wondering about is why Ao Kiji bothered to tell the rest of the Straw Hats about it if it was a lie. It's not exactly a lying situtation, and Ao Kiji isn't the sort of man to lie about it no matter the situtation.
