how close do you think the strawhats are to finishing their adventure?
They've already infiltrated Enies Lobby, are there really that many more strong opponents out there?

There should be a requirement in registeration to read the rules, or die.
Some people will then read the rules, but are too stupid to comprehend and follow them, so they die, and recieve the Darwin award.

If you're a n00b, stop and think about what you are doing and what people are getting upset about. Then finally try to change. If you have trouble doing this, get help from kind people. Avoid people who take stuff from you and make fun of you. If people yell at you, it's a good thing, because it's a warning about you doing something wrong. Usually those warnings say exactly what you are doing that bothers them.
