People might be angry with me on this, but I think Oda might actually try to get through it PURPOSEFULLY leaving a few gaping plotholes, finish the story, and create several side stories to fill in the plotholes. Just a theory. Or, he's an absolute genius and has already thought everything through, leaving no stone unturned, and will fill the stuff up based on his notes or drafts or whatever.

    And how would that work?
He finishes One Piece leaving plotholes and than creates one or more crossovers to fill these plotholes?

Even if he loves OP more than his life. I think when he has finished the series after years of hard work, he wouldn't leave plotholes so he could start another series that plays in the same world.

When he is done he closes the chapter OP and goes on doing ofter stuff. Which means he finishes the story leaving ne holes.

Maybe he does it like Tolkien and leaves some things unexplained to give the series more depth.

Hopefully the next time I come looking in this thread there will be out for what I come looking here. Every day going in this (and the similar Naruto Thread) hoping that the chapters are finally out.
And of course every time I get more angry that people keep posting here although the chapters are not out.

At least, now I am one of them *sigh*

ya the flashback and the fight are both going to be NS! but i'm more interested in the after match. what happens; what the world goverment is going to say to this and all the people that have seen luffy and his pirates before. ace, hawk eyes, shunk, and all the rest of the world. the price on their head after this. (everybody is going to get a bunty=price)all the little people who thought luffy could not do it, or even the people that thought he could but weren't sure. ex, his home town, the peole in the all those islands they being to and all the people they met before coming to the grand line.

thats what im looking forward to. like the old lady said. "his name would roar across the world!" im curious to see what the the managaka is going to do after as well. like what's their next stop going to be.

You can be sure that i read all that.

There are many things that are not explained or shown in the Book or maps.

For example, why can Tombomadil see Frodo even when he has the ring on? Why doesn't Tom dissapear when he puts the Rings on?

Where came the Ents from and what happend to their women?

Of course that are all little facts that aren't really important to the story. But leaving some things unexplained creats more depth to the story and makes it more realistic.
Like somehow not all the facts where carried through the ages

Ruffy rules the shit (only to mention Op in this post somehow *g*9

bombadil is one of the more ancient and powerful spirit... the ring has no effect over him nor can it hide someone from him...

the ents evoluted from trees thanks to elven magic.. i think.. (not sure on that one ^^")
their women went on a trip and lost themselves (who has said women can't read a map correctly, huh ?? )

@penguins : maybe there were no shonen jump this week, as the 3 series are in it i think...
or the 3 autors are too lazy

rofl. Good one, and so true.

Bombadil was the first in Middle-earth like he said himself.
But it is said that the Elves were the first to awake. But Bombadil is not an Elv.

It could be that he was one of the Ainur like Olorin was before he took a form and became Gandalf.

The Elves started to speak to the trees and thaught them how to speak. But they didn't create them.

That the Ent-wives left the Ents is said. But it's not statet what happend to them.

    Just like the other stuff.
Not everything is explained to the fullest. Not because it's too much stuff to explain (although it is a massive amount of infos in these books). It is done on purpose.

Maybe I don't know everything there is to know. Because there are some books that are not published in Germany.
    But not everything is explained.

But i highly doubt that it will be the same with OP.
Mainly because it would suck to not know what the connection between Ruffy and Dragon was or if it was Dragon who saved Ruffy with the Lightning Bolt or if it was pure luck (for example).

Not knowing everything about Middle-earth bugs me the enough.
Op can't do the same to me
