rememeber in the Alabasta Arc wen luffy met up with ace and gave him that piece of paper and Nami sewed on to the back of the ribbon of luffys hat any ideas as to what it was or what it cud do i juss think its a kind of pass to get onto the Whitebeard ship to join the crew :-D

it could not be a pass to join, but like accepting allies. To be honest, i've forgotten about the piece of paper until now. :x

i just remembered it cuz i started reading those mini stories like the wun where ace infiltrates the marine base for sum girl to give a letter but anyway its an old thing i juss forgot bout it and wondered wut it was and wut he was guna do with it. Plus Luffy wud neva join the WB pirates unless he was drunk :-D

it's impossible that the gift be an invitation to the pirates summit, because the summit was decided after that ace gave the gift, and i reply, at the summit will take part only Shanks and Whitebeard, it's a meeting between these two pirates.
maybe is a request of join the whitebeard crew or something against blackbeard that Rufy didn't use because he didn't know that was blackbeard (Teach has never presented to Rufy with his true name)
