More than likely the short fight they got in eps 63-64.
it also could be during the memory loss arc, before water 7. (Forgot which eps :x )
probably the fight they had on the desert island during the crocodile saga. i dont watch the anime so i dont know what episode.
when luffy fight zoro was during the baroque's work arc. the only time actually. it was on one of the first island--the island where baroque's work gather. the place with hills with a lot of grave on the hills. with the booker dude and the weight shift person...totally forgot the name since i dont pay too much into details of OP like naruto
luffy cant beat anyone if he has no reason to fight and win. its just his character. i dont see luffy beating the crap out of zoro while being brainwashed, its just not luffy.
