Probably a modification of Shigan or Tekkai combined with extreme speed.

Since everyone seems to be adding their two cents I'll add mine. First, as far as his new attacks go in second gear they look to me like they are projectile attacks using the steam from his body as the projectile. Maybe he is moving his punches so fast that it is compressing the steam into a dense projectile. While thats basically impossible One Piece isn't exactly known for following the laws of physics. It also looks like second gear increases the strain on his body greatly and I'm still debating as to whether it is considered a technique in regards to the projectiles that he seems to be shooting or a temporary power-up with an added side effect.

As far as soru goes, I believe that this will be how they move from now on. I'm also going to be so full of myself to believe that Zoro and Sanji will both be able to use soru and they will learn it in this arc. After all, when Zoro isn't sleeping he's training and the six superhuman forms are gained through training. I also think that we'll be seeing a lot more people who can use soru as the story progresses. Also I don't think that Luffy will use the rumored third gear to achieve new forms of the six super-human forms. I think that he may gain some more of the forms due to going into third gear but I don't think that that will be the primary result. Also if you think about it, some of the forms are kind of useless, I mean stabbing someone with just your finger is cool but it just doesn't seem like Luffy, Sanji, or Zoro would use that technique much.

Well there's my opinions on the matter, but then again they don't really matter since I'm not writing the manga, its just fun to speculate.

Lol... steam projectile? You should read more carefully and think about what you see. Luffy's not firing anything... he just moves really fast. It looks like he hit Blueno from far away but he actually ran infront of Blueno and hit him flying. And it is impossible to fire "steam", maybe compress air and create a huge blast but not in the way you described. And the shigan (the "finger stabbing thing") is by no means useless. If you can punch holes with someone using a finger, what do you think you could do with a whole fist? The use of shigan CP9 has demonstrated with the finger so far is probably just a mockery of what they can really achieve. And as for using it, Sanji could easily use that technique in his kicks and turn it into something similar to No. Two's.

You know........it kinda doesn't make sense. If Luffy is MOVING and Blueno is TELEPORTING, then Luffy shouldn't be able to move faster than him. Then again, maybe Blueno just has really slow reaction times, or maybe he just needs to develop his abilities. I'm sorry if this makes me sound like a total n00b, but does anyone know if Aokiji and the rest are stronger than CP9? Cause if they are, then there's really no point in fighting CP9, is there?

Luffy moving is faster than Blueno is teleporting. Pretty simple there.

Besides, he can use Soru as well, which means he's teleporting.

And Aokiji is maybe one of the four strongest marines in the world, way above CP9.

As to fighting CP9, the "point" is to develop the characters farther, both in the relationship with Robin as well as their own combat abilities, allowing each of them(especially Zoro and Luffy) to come closer to their goals.

Yeah. I wonder if there is a CP8 or a CP10, although that would kinda suck, cause then they'd have to go through another long arc and it would just be continuously elongated. I want another really long arc with little arcs strewn in between, like the Crocodile arc. Oh, and a jungle-type adventure would suit One Piece quite well.

CP1-8 are the special forces groups for each of the old guys who runs the marines. We've enountered guys from I think CP4 and CP8, who were beaten soundly.

CP9 is the secret and very much the most powerful of the groups. Since Luffy and the others will beat CP9, they have little to worry about from the rest of the groups.
